Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:

  • Must be exchanged or returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Exchanges & Returns must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Exchanges & Returns are only offered for domestic orders.
  • We require order #, receipt, or proof of purchase to process returns & exchanges.

HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN:

  1. Email fulfillment@printedthreads.com with your order number and the details of your request.
    1. For exchanges, please include the name and the size of the item you would like to receive in place of the item being returned.
  2. Pack items in a secure package.
  3. Go to your local United States Post Office to ship the package. We will provide you with the proper return address in our email correspondence
  4. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Please allow 2-3 business days once the item is received to process your exchange or refund.

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Replacement items will not be shipped until the original item has been received by our warehouse.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Returns for Refund (if applicable):

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once items are received and their condition has been verified.

Processing & Shipping:

  • We process and ship orders, exchanges, and returns in the order they are received between 9 am - 5 pm CST, Monday - Friday.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and approximately 3-5 business days for shipping.
